One day it becomes obvious that we do have to think about our health. Taking care about the health of our body, of our mind, of our soul is our own responsibility.

While we are young and healthy many things we take for granted. And it does make sense to work to be healthy longer. It is much easier to predict than to cure. As we age, as we get our individual health issues or let’s say tasks, we need to put more effort and thought in the way we take care of ourselves. And while we are still alive we always can work to make things better. To maintain good condition. To recover health. To learn. To develop ourselves. It is not about fairy pills or magic wand or one and only technic nor about instant results. But it is do possible through our calm and persistent work. Positive changes and evolution need time and effort to grow. Much of success in this work is our way of approaching things and tasks. Technically, it means we need to organise our practice to be simple, effective, time-efficient. So that we can incorporate it in our daily and weekly routines, to make our practice a regular part of life. We keep practicing and our practice keeps us going.

Hatha Yoga classes

What is Yoga? If we can put it simple and short, it is about living more consciously, taking responsibility of yourself. First of all of your breath, then your health and body, and then of your behaviour and your consciousness as well. And all starts from the Hatha-Yoga, a physical practice.

Yoga is an ancient knowledge about the development of human consciousness. It is a completely practical system that can be incorporated in our everyday life, to help us grow as a human being, to be more happy and satisfied. And it starts from creating the healthy and capable body. It is the basic level, often mentioned as Hatha Yoga, includes the practice of asana (yoga postures), shatkarma (cleansing the body) and pranayama (breathing exercises). These three practises form an initial stage that has a purpose to cleanse the body, make it stronger and healthier, and to train the mind in concentration and stability, preparing it for deeper spiritual work of meditation.

Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong classes

Tai Chi, short for Tai Chi Chuan or Taijiquan, is an internal Chinese martial art. Practiced both as a self defence training, and for its health benefits and meditation, as a practice of self development, self mastering. The term “taiji” is a Chinese cosmological concept for the eternal flow and relationship of yin and yang, and “quan” means fist as martial art application. This exercise system is practiced by people of all ages for a wide range of reasons: it helps maintain strength, flexibility, balance and good coordination, brings relaxation and a calm, focused state of mind. It can be described as a motion meditation practice. Tai Chi Chuan is known as a powerful way to develop capacity of vital energy and normalize its flow in the body. It could be the perfect activity for the rest of your life.

It is as simple as it’s said – training to have a good condition. What does it mean – regular physical exercises aimed to keep us fit, make us stronger and healthier.

Body conditioning training working with a natural own body weight through the simple exercises with a minimum of equipment. It is not about building massive muscles. Conditioning training focuses on creating and maintaining our physical Condition. It means Health, Endurance and Strength to function well with the body’s natural weight in a wide range of motions and for longer time. Ayurvedic Therapy Massage

Ayurvedic Therapy Massage is one of the best practices to heal nervous stress and release physical tension.
